Summary

The rivers run is an epic saga of a family's love for each other and the river on which they live. It proves a family bond is as strong during hardships as it is in happy times. This Australian adventure is set into action when a charming American, Cyrus James (Parker Stevenson), encounters the Philadelphia riverboat at the turn of the century. Cyrus quickly befriends the skipper Brenton Edwards (John Waters) and his family, who are proud and happy to work the river.
